The Iguana Surf Estate includes two sister properties, featuring 11 bedrooms, 6 full deluxe kitchens, 10 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, free wifi, air conditioning, hot water, all the top amenities such as soap, shampoo & Conditioner, luxury bedding, beach towels and beach chairs.
While Casa Redonda has 3 poolside bedrooms, and two bedrooms in the main house, Casa Iguana, Komodo, Gecko, Newt and Salamander all surround the gorgeous outside common area with pool, outdoor BBQ rancho, and a common dining/common TV room. Our Tamarindo accommodations could not be located any better with only a 2 minute walk to the beach & center of town with over 95+restaurants/bars/shops!
Although so close to all the action, the villas are in a very peaceful and quiet area where you can truly enjoy the pura vida life Costa Rica is known for!
